As an occupational therapist, I have a unique perspective. OTs are trained to view your life as a whole. We aren’t just looking at your medical diagnosis. We are looking at your everyday occupations like sleep, eating, drinking, grooming, social interactions, mental health, and so much more. We are also looking at your environment at home and in the community as well as the support you have from friends, family, and church. Our unique training and skills allow us to see things from a different lens.

In addition, my personal experiences as a family caregiver enhance my ability to provide practical and functional recommendations for everyday living.

I want to help you and your family flourish.
